Dispute Resolution Analysis is the application of decision analytics to dispute resolution, and is provided either as a standalone process to facilitate resolving a dispute or making a decision or deal, or as part of the preparation and process of Negotiation or Mediation. Dispute Resolution Analysis is the core process, since sound decision-making skills are the foundation for success in these areas. The process is customized to each client and may include analyzing respective positions, interests, objectives, alternatives, priorities, risks, and potential consequences.
My Dispute Resolution Analysis process utilizes Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Pairwise Comparison to visualize parties’ objective priorities in a dispute by organizing their objectives into a structured hierarchy and comparing them in pairs. Artificial Intelligence (AI) can then be utilized to generate a Mind Map to visualize areas of potential compromise which can facilitate decision making and negotiation.
