As chair of the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section, I had the honor and opportunity to participate in the organization and development of, and to moderate, the Kentucky Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Program presented by Jeff Kichaven, "Advanced Topics in Mediation Advocacy: Confidentiality and Competence."

I am honored and pleased to have ascended to chair of the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section for the 2024-2026 term, having most recently served as chair-elect.

I again look forward to serving as a Section officer and to my involvement in the professional development and Continuing Legal Education...

It was wonderful once again attending the Kentucky Bar Foundation (KBF) Fellows & Partners for Justice Society Luncheon and Grant Awards on 23 June 2023. I was so pleased and inspired to see the increased momentum of mediation among its grant recipients.
