I am honored and pleased to have ascended to chair of the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section for the 2024-2026 term, having most recently served as chair-elect.
I again look forward to serving as a Section officer and to my involvement in the professional development and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) content for this two-year term, with programs already in the works, including Mediation Ethics: What You Don’t Know CAN Hurt You by Michael Hawkins and Henry Stephens, Jr.
