I am delighted to have successfully completed the 40 Hour Mediation Training hosted by MediateGuru and taught by Kathleen Ruane Leedy. This training was an outstanding supplement to my formative 80 Hour (40 Hour required Basic and 40 Hour supplemental Advanced) Mediation Training that is the basis for my designation as an International Mediation Institute (IMI) Qualified Mediator. This particular training provided an outstanding Basic refresher with an emphasis on soft communication skills that are so valuable in the practice of Online Negotiation and Mediation and are a rarity in conventional training.
