“Mediation Beyond Covid – Hacks, Craics and Crocodile Tears” compiled by my colleague, renowned conflict strategist, Sarah Blake, and of which I am a co-author, is a wonderful collection of stories by 20 colleagues working in conflict resolution around the world, bringing us behind the front lines of pandemic conflict resolution with reflection, wisdom, and humour. Book proceeds are being contributed to Mediators Beyond Borders Oceania (MBBO) to promote the principles and practices of peaceful conflict management and resolution in the region.
My co-authors include lawyers, mediators, entrepreneurs, marketers, human resources experts, executives, and more, as we share our experiences in dealing with conflict, confusion, and change in the COVID era.
Our January 12, 2023 launch celebrates this book as an adventure of highs and lows (and laughs) from beginning to end, with a hopeful message.
