As chair of the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section, I have the honor and opportunity to participate in the planning and development of projects and programs, with an emphasis on Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs for KBA members. I am pleased to announce that the ADR Section will be sponsoring, and I will be moderating, the Kentucky CLE Program being presented by Luella Wong, founder and principal of Lunar, Inc., Neurodiversity — Benefits and Implications for Dispute Resolution.
Management consultant, mediator, arbitrator and attorney, Wong, will guide us through a discussion of Neurodiversity, the naturally occurring differences in our brains that lead to variances in the way we think, learn, and behave. Understanding neurodiversity is a first step in addressing bias because “different” does not mean “less.” KBA members will learn best practices to make ADR more neuroinclusive because a strengths-based approach improves the experience for everyone.
This CLE webinar program is being held on Wednesday, 16 July 2025 at 12:30 PM Eastern Time (ET), has been accredited in Kentucky for 1 CLE credit, and registration is free and open to all KBA members. Information and registration are available here.
