I am delighted to have completed the continuous 12-week course, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Practitioner Certification Program, Learn How to Communicate Online, Edition #1, delivered by Instituto de Certificação e Formação de Mediadores Lusófonos (ICFML) in partnership with Holistic Solutions, Inc. (HSI).
This hybrid live and past materials training enhanced my ODR practice with its experiential learning opportunities in tools and techniques for applying ODR in a variety of settings and levels within any ODR platform, its global ODR thought leader discussions, and its focus on the origins, contexts, theoretical foundations, and applications of ODR, facilitating constructive communication, and relating ODR to cultural issues.
Among the Partners were International Council for Online Dispute Resolution (ICODR) and Internetbar.org Institute (IBO); I am an Associate Member of ICODR and a Legal Member of IBO.
